What is Fun 4 Seminole Kids? Fun 4 Seminole Kids is a family calendar/directory website serving families in Seminole County, FL. This site is a member of the Fun 4 US Kids network. There are 18 sites in Florida alone

What does a franchisee do? Franchisees are responsible for promoting their sites on social media, email newsletters, working events, and other marketing methods to grow their site traffic. The way franchisees earn revenue is by selling ads on the website. Franchisees keep 100% of the revenue they earn from selling ads. Franchisees are required to have a dedicated content manager on their team who is responsible for curating content and ensuring the directory and calendar are up to date, accurate, and as comprehensive as possible.

Why is the business for sale? Fun 4 US Kids has been running this business corporately since 2020. Since that time, the number of franchisees in our network have doubled. We would like to sell the business to a mom or dad living in the local area so that we can focus more of our time and resources to supporting our current franchisees and growing our network.

The asking price is $25,000. The franchise fee for an undeveloped market is $10,000. We are asking for an additional $15,000 because the calendar and directory are fully built out. We have over 10,000 followers on our Facebook page, and more than 4500 email subscribers. The site is profitable and has steady income from recurring advertisers. The new franchisee will start earning revenue from the day of signing.

What are the Requirements?

  • Candidate must live in Seminole County, Winter Park, or Apopka
  • Candidate must be able to work full time on the Fun 4 Seminole Kids business. Franchisee may not own another business or work full time at another job.
  • Candidate must be sales oriented but no prior experience is needed
  • Candidate must be a parent or be involved with family events/businesses in the community
