In a world where parents and children are so busy, family yoga provides a wonderful place to spend healthy and happy, quality time together. This class offers peace of mind, fun and playfulness, relaxation, and increased body strength and flexibility. Parent and child receive the same mental and physical benefits of this practice. The whole family will learn about yoga in a new way, in the form of storytelling, consisting of music, games, coloring, and partner poses.
In this family yoga session, we will incorporate music, dancing, and a game of yogi says, followed by our relaxation and a fun craft to finish our time together.
