Florida Emancipation Day at Historic Hopper Academy

We are back and bigger than ever!
Participate in the free community celebration of the 3rd Annual Florida Emancipation Day in Historic Georgetown. There will be a reading of the Emancipation Proclamation, singing of the Negro National Anthem, storytelling, awards, free health testing by True Health, music, food and much more! The history harvest event will include historical photo and video presentations inside of Hopper Academy. There will also be a bounce house, face painter, and book donation table for kids! Please bring your own chairs.
