School & Sports Physicals with EKG

Southern Technical College (STC), in partnership with the AUM International Foundation, will host a Free Back-to-School Physical Event for eligible middle and high school students on Saturday, July 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Southern Technical College Sanford campus.
The event is designed to help families prepare for the upcoming school year by providing free school physicals and sports physicals, including ECG screenings for student-athletes. Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Florida requires ECG screenings for students participating in high school sports, making this event an important opportunity for families to complete required health documentation before the start of the academic year.
Student must be entering or currently enrolled in middle school or high school in Seminole or Volusia County.
STC will provide the general school physical/health exam form DH 3040, which will be completed by a physician that day.
For high school student athletes, we will provide the Florida High School Athletic Association form EL2. If your school requires a different document, you must provide it at the event.
