Oviedo Flag Football

The Oviedo Recreation and Parks Department offers its NFL Youth Flag Football program two seasons a year: Fall and Spring.

Oviedo NFL Flag is the premier 5-on-5 youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 6 to 14. This recreational program provides young players with a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.

*Children MUST meet the following minimum ages by the first game in order to be eligible:

6-8: Minimum age of 5

9-11: Minimum age of 8

12-14: Minimum age of 11

Practices are offered Monday-Friday evenings at Shane Kelly Park or Long Lake Park. Days, times, and locations are
subject to change based on facility availability and coaches availability.
