Jiu-Jitsu is unlike any other Martial Arts forms as we do not promote violence in any way. We utilize non-violent holds and grappling designed to subdue an imminent threat. At Boca Team BJJ USA, we do not utilize violent punches or kicks rather the more technical approach to resolve and overcome a potential aggressor.
