and we are now offering this option to best serve all of our clients.

We offer play therapy, a child-oriented counseling method for small children
while talk-therapy is the most often used method for working with adults.

We specialize in Trauma-Informed Care which moves away from the earlier counseling approach of
"What's wrong with you?" to the more likely question of "What's happened to you?"
