Mommy And Me is a Support Group for New Moms. Come out and meet other moms in your community, obtain valuable parenting information and professional support from Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Childbirth and Fitness Educators.

Breastfeeding 101 teaches the basic skills for successful breastfeeding so you can feel more comfortable and confident once your baby arrives. We encourage the attendance of your support person at our informational breastfeeding class.
