Early Childhood Center First United Methodist Church Oviedo

The Early Childhood Center is grounded in Christian beliefs and the teachings of the Bible. We strive to provide a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children that will spark their curiosity, foster a sense of independence, and encourage their natural desire for knowledge in a non-threatening, low-risk environment. We believe in the development of the whole child (social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and physical). We believe children learn and develop best through meaningful and purposeful play experiences and interaction with the world around them.

We serve as a training facility for UCF and Seminole State College Early Childhood students.
