This is not a drop-in class. It's a focused program with LIMITED space to ensure quality coaching and progress.
Our week-long camp runs daily from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and is packed with energy, learning, and fun! Students will be introduced to the basics of MMA, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and practical self defense skills. Each day includes hands on training, skill building drills, and exciting games and challenges where kids can win fun prizes. Sponsored by Subway, students will stay fueled while building confidence, teamwork, and fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
