Tie Dye Hair at Winter Park Library

Rising grades 8-12. Get a tie-dye look for your hair using vibrant artist pastels to create bold streaks, soft blends, and rainbow layers. Try out a colorful new style — then wash it out whenever you're ready for something different.

NOTE: Participants must bring signed permission slip (attached) to participate in class.
