At our mid-week free family workshops, kids can stay creative and artistically engaged all summer long on our beautiful and historic campus, just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando! During these hands-on arts and crafts workshops, families can drop in and create a new art project every week at their own pace. After the workshop, families can extend their outing by bringing a bagged lunch and picnicking next door at Quinn Strong Park. Workshop space is limited, so reserve a spot for your family today!

On July 2, join us in our garden as children experiment with printmaking! Children will use foam sheets and shapes to create a collagraph plate. Then they'll work with our staff to ink the plate, pull a print and then embellish their prints with markers, confetti and beaded hangers! Our printmaking party is inspired by A&H’s founding artist, J. André Smith, who was a master printmaker, and prints will be ready to take home after the workshop! Families can also visit our "Plein Air" (or outside Playspace) with new surprise art stations set up each week! So bring a friend, make a friend, and spend the morning getting creative with us!
Summer Family Workshops are generously sponsored by AdventHealth and by Massey Services. 2024-25 Free Family Programs including the Workshops are supported by a grant from Duke Energy Foundation.
