1Raw Kids Yoga Classes

This class is an introduction to yoga for kids of all ages, from toddler and pre-k to elementary school aged kids. Kids will learn poses, breathing exercises and meditation games. Narratives, storytelling, visuals, themes are used to make the yoga sequences more engaging.

Asanas turn into memorable games that make learning more fun and effective. The class ends with a meditation or pranayama game and take home coloring page.
