Michaels Kids Club: Texture Painting Heart Art Online

To create this textured work of art as the perfect Valentine card or artwork, we will use napkins or paper mixed with glue and paint to create a paper pulp that resembles a custom puff paint. Using Creatology jewelry tweezers and construction paper, we will grab clumps of the textured paint to create a heart and customize your very own three-dimensional artwork!
