Redeemed MMA & Fitness Owner and Lead Instructor Shawna "Bam Bam" Ormsby is a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and Boxer. A 3x Kickboxing World and State Champion and a 4th Degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt. She has acquired a lot of experience in the ring, cage and on the mats since 2013.
