YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES
Specialized training for young athletes looking to get that competitive edge, get fit, and just be active. Focusing on body weight functional movements as well as sport specific agility and endurance exercises. These classes will improve the young athletes muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, and overall athleticism.
Who says fitness can't be fun? These high energy, up beat classes will get your child off the couch, off of their phones, and into sweat mode.
BOOT CAMP
Lead by example with littles in tow or no littles at all, all ages welcome! Get a full body interval-based workout with repeated bouts of heart pumping exercises, combined with a variety of strength training sets. Every class keeps your body guessing with a variety of body weight, free weight, resistance tube, loop band and station exercises. This class is where we set YOUR foundation, providing options to build up your fitness or push you out of your comfort level. All fitness levels welcome including prenatal upon signed physician’s waiver, provided by GRiT FIT.
