Seminole County Sheriff's Office Women's Self Defense Class

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office is pleased to offer a unique safety and empowerment self-defense program, designed to educate women on how they can protect themselves by increasing their situational awareness an maximizing their safety potential.

The program is offered once a month and is three hours in length. Both Part 1 and Part 2 are completed within the same time frame.
