January is National Human Trafficking Prevention Month. Join us to learn about exploitation happening in our own backyards, raising awareness and showing our support to those in the fight as we fill sidewalk cracks with red sand to represent individuals who sometimes fall through the cracks of our social, economic, and political systems or through our personal consciousness. This interactive event is family friendly and open to the public. Red sand for the event will be provided on site for participants. Community leaders will speak at this event. Community service providers and victim service organizations will be present with handouts and resources.
