Yoga in the Park at Riverside Park

This class is all levels, with modifications as needed to feel good for you. Anyone can join, but mamas this class is for you! The one that has her kids with her all day, everyday. Kids are welcomed (encouraged) to come join YOU, but are still under your supervision. They can play around or join you.
We start with light movement to warm up the body, build some inner heat with some gentle intensity, then slow it down at the end.
Riverside Park Play ground is just on the other side of the parking lot. Feel free to stay after class to chat and connect with other women and mamas in our community.
