This is a cherished tradition that transforms our town into a festive wonderland. This self-guided walking tour is set against the backdrop of two of Sanford’s most beautiful neighborhoods, Mayfair and the Historic District, and invites guests to explore a curated selection of beautifully decorated homes. Each home will be adorned with unique holiday cheer and seasonal splendor. From quaint historic cottages to more modern designs, the tour showcases exquisite holiday decor, architectural treasures, and the rich history of Sanford. Guests will delight in the warm, inviting atmosphere, enjoy sweet treats, and have the opportunity to meet local artisans and community members at the Holiday Market located in Magnolia Square.
