Sanford Witches Ride

Join us for a festive evening of community, creativity, Halloween spirit, and a little witchy fun as we ride through Historic Downtown Sanford in celebration of friendship and in remembrance of our dearly missed friend, Amanda Butler.
Ride out begins promptly at 5:00 PM. A route map will be provided before departure.
Decorate your bike or golf cart, dress as your favorite witch or warlock, and ride with the coven through Historic Downtown Sanford. Bring candy to toss to kids and neighbors along the route, and if you live along the route, decorate your home and cheer us on as the witches ride by!
The After Party
The ride will end around 6:00 PM at Celery City Craft, where the celebration continues with:
Live music from The Smoking Jackets Trio
Witchy costume contests with prizes
Best Decorated Bike & Golf Cart contests
Activities for witches and wizards of all ages
Specialty cocktails
How to enter contest:
All contestants must be at the ride meeting spot at Veterans Memorial Park by 4:30 PM for judging. Make sure you’re there on time to be considered. The contests include best dressed witch, best dressed warlock, best decorated bike, and best decorated golfcart. Winners will be announced at the after-party at Celery City Craft around 7pm!
