
Ages 5-12
Class will meet weekly on Tuesdays beginning 2/10/26, 1-1:50pm
Children will practice yoga in a fun and playful atmosphere while building strength, flexibility and increasing overall body awareness. Yoga will stimulate your child’s imagination through animated poses, storytelling, breathing exercises, and games. Classes end with relaxation so your child will leave with a sense of inner calm.
Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one.
