Champion Karate

We are best known for our work with Age Specific martial arts Training for Children, and Adults, as well as our street self defense system that is both practical and effective. We REALLY love what we do! Being an active part of the community is really important to us. In 2017 we were very humbled to learn that in recognition of our commitment to Lake Mary, the City Mayor and City Commission issued a proclamation on December 21 as ‘Mike Friedman’s Champion Karate Day’. We are proud to have been invited to partner with Seminole County Public Schools as a partner in education in the district’s enrichment program, as well as being involved with so many local charities! Our programs have been featured on CNN as well as every local news channel, but the best news we get is from the thousands of families whose lives have become enriched because of Champion Karate.
