The Oviedo-Winter Springs Optimist Club
The Oviedo-Winter Springs Optimist Club provides programs, sponsors school-based youth clubs and supports other local service groups within Seminole County and the Oviedo-Winter Springs area. Serves youth, the special-needs population, and families with childhood medical problems in Central Florida.
