Women's Self Defense Class offered by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office

SAFE classes are two hours long and class size is limited to 25 participants. Classes are taught by certified instructors and are only open to women. Participants must be at least 13 years of age; participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge to attend.

Our SAFE instructors are available to come and teach classes to your group or organization.
