Kinetic Dance Force

Here at Kinetic Dance Force we pride ourselves in making every student that walks through our doors feel welcome! We offer a wide variety of dance in a positive, family-oriented environment. We teach all ages from tiny tots to young adults with varied skill levels. For the more serious minded dancers, we have a competitive dance company that will compete throughout the season. We also take pride in our recreational students that come and want to learn different dance styles and skills. We are excited to be offering a unique class here at KDF our Endurance, Strength, and Injury Prevention (ESI) class. These classes can be taught to our youngsters all the way up to our seniors. Here at KDF we offer adults the opportunity to take group exercise classes. Through Valdes Performance you can train to be your best.
