Our Carriage house is available for rental as a meeting space for small groups
The Space Includes:
Bathroom
mini fridge
coffee/tea snack area
air conditioning
seats 14 comfortably
Hourly Meeting (book club, business, poetry reading, bible study, Non Profit) Rental $35 with a $20 Cleaning deposit refundable if you leave it clean.

Art Class for profit (crafts, art projects, camps, diy classes) Rental cost is 40% of Participants cost. (If you charge $20 per persons, $8 per person goes to the house) Refundable Cleaning Deposit is $20.

Party Arty with us. We will lead your group through a project and then you can have food and drinks that you bring in!
