Altamonte Springs Police Department Tours

The Altamonte Springs Police Department welcomes students of Altamonte Springs to tour the department. The groups learns the day to day operations of the Police Department personnel, about police equipment, see a police car and motorcycle, and tour the department. Students are taught the importance of good choices and child safety.

The tour takes approximately 45 minutes and is both fun and educational. At the end of the tour, each student is given a sticker badge and is sworn in as an honorary police officer.

Tours are by appointment only and must be made 14 days in advance.
