 ur costumed kiddos at several photo spots. Submit your pics online (a link 
 will be provided at the event) to feature on the city’s social media. A pet
  costume contest begins at 7:30 p.m. in front of the event stage.\n\nAdmiss
 ion and carnival games are free. Train rides and balloon artists are a smal
 l fee.\n\nEnjoy great food, candy, music, vendors and downtown restaurants 
 such as Houndstooth Kitchen & Eatery, Brewlando Brewing, Boku Sushi, Parea 
 Greek Taverna and Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream.\n\nParking is available south
  of the park on Packwood Avenue and north on Horatio Avenue.
