  Foundation, will host a Free Back-to-School Physical Event for eligible mi
 ddle and high school students on Saturday, July 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 
 p.m. at the Southern Technical College Sanford campus.\n\nThe event is desi
 gned to help families prepare for the upcoming school year by providing fre
 e school physicals and sports physicals, including ECG screenings for stude
 nt-athletes. Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Florida requires ECG
  screenings for students participating in high school sports, making this e
 vent an important opportunity for families to complete required health docu
 mentation before the start of the academic year.\n\nStudent must be enterin
 g or currently enrolled in middle school or high school in Seminole or Volu
 sia County.\nSTC will provide the general school physical/health exam form 
 DH 3040, which will be completed by a physician that day.\nFor high school 
 student athletes, we will provide the Florida High School Athletic Associat
 ion form EL2. If your school requires a different document, you must provid
 e it at the event.\n
