  Foundation, will host a Free Back-to-School Physical Event for eligible mi
 ddle and high school students on Saturday, July 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 
 p.m. at the Southern Technical College Sanford campus.<br /><br />The event
  is designed to help families prepare for the upcoming school year by provi
 ding free school physicals and sports physicals, including ECG screenings f
 or student-athletes. Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Florida requ
 ires ECG screenings for students participating in high school sports, makin
 g this event an important opportunity for families to complete required hea
 lth documentation before the start of the academic year.<br /><br />Student
  must be entering or currently enrolled in middle school or high school in 
 Seminole or Volusia County.<br />STC will provide the general school physic
 al/health exam form DH 3040, which will be completed by a physician that da
 y.<br />For high school student athletes, we will provide the Florida High 
 School Athletic Association form EL2. If your school requires a different d
 ocument, you must provide it at the event.<br />
