 s and food tents, live music, craft drinks, local vendors, outdoor bars, an

 , we're taking the fiesta into the evening hours so you can enjoy sunset st
 rolls, cooler temperatures, twinkling lights, and a much more comfortable n
 ight of food truck hopping!<br />Whether you're craving smoky BBQ, street t
 acos, Caribbean favorites, Mediterranean flavors, decadent desserts, vegan 
 eats, or local classics, there's something waiting to become your new obses
 sion.<br />Every participating truck will offer a passport-eligible tasting
