  on Saturday, September 20th at the Orlando Sanford International Airport a
 t 7:30am. Proceeds from the Be Healthy 5K ensure that all Central Floridian
 s have access to high-quality, comprehensive healthcare at a reasonable cos
 t.<br /><br />True Health is a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community hea
 lth center, that has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and 
 underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. We operate nine serv
 ice delivery locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, which includes 
 ten neighborhood health centers. We provide services in areas throughout Ce
 ntral Florida, which are Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA
 ) designated as medically underserved populations and health professional s
 hortage areas. We are recognized as a patient-centered medical home with fu
 ll accreditation by Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care, In
 c. (AAAHC). As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a sliding fee 
 scale to those that are uninsured, we accept Medicare and Medicaid, and ove
 r 25 major health and HMO insurance plans.
