Lake Mary-Longwood Aquatics

LAKE MARY-LONGWOOD AQUATICS (LML) -- is a registered USA Swimming year-round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor.

LMLWP is a club team registered with USA Water Polo®, the governing body of the USA Water Polo Olympic Team. Our goal is to build and maintain a club team that competes at the highest level. We strive to provide the highest quality coaching and training for middle school and high school age athletes. We serve the Lake Mary and Longwood area but welcome all athletes in our Central Florida community. The team trains at the Lyman High School pool in Longwood.

Lake Mary-Longwood Aquatics is an Authorized Licensed Training Provider and follows the curriculum of the America Red Cross® (ARC). The Red Cross is America's oldest, most experienced and most respected service provider for swim lessons. All of our lesson instructors are certified Red Cross Instructors and have years of experience in teaching children of all ages and abilities. We specialize and only offer private one-on-one lessons for all ages. However, in the case where there are 2 siblings near the same age and ability, we will provide parents an option to have both children swim together with the same instructor.
