Montgomery Staff takes all aspects of your camper’s care very seriously. We are accredited by the American Camp Association and follow their guidelines strictly. A health supervisor is on duty at all times and emergency medical services are only minutes away. Montgomery Summer Staff are selected based on their Christian commitment, maturity, and aptitude in working with young people. All members are screened carefully and subject to a Level II background check. Our training prepares them to create caring environments, provide opportunities for discovery, develop campers’ relationships with Christ, and administer CPR/First Aid.
