Amanda Schofield is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher who provides therapy and wellness services to children, teens, and adults. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress management, school and peer-related concerns, family conflict, and life transitions.

Amanda is also a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher through Kidding Around Yoga. She offers kids yoga classes and workshops to families, Girl Scout troops, and schools in the Central Florida community. Her passion lies in promoting healthier, happier lives for children and their families through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
