Father Daughter Dance (February)
The Father Daughter Dance is great opportunity for Fathers and Daughters to share a lifelong memory. The dance includes a live DJ, a complimentary picture by professional photographer, free refreshments and great prizes.
Egg-Citing Egg Hunt (March or April)
Join us for a park-wide Spring egg hunt! Children ages 2 – 12 bring your own baskets and hunt for eggs at Central Winds Park! Fun and prizes for everyone! Find the special golden egg for a big surprise! Advance registration is required for this FREE event for incorporated Winter Springs residents. Walk-ups will NOT be accommodated. It’ll be a HOPPING good time!
Arbor Day Tree Giveaway (April)
Celebrate Arbor Day by planting a free tree! In celebration of Arbor Day, we are giving away one, free tree per Winter Springs household at our annual Arbor Day Tree Giveaway.
Celebration of Freedom (July)
Celebrate freedom with a BANG! Join your community at Central Winds Park for our annual Celebration of Freedom. The evening is filled with fun from live entertainment & great vendors. The night will wrap up with a world-class firework display, presented by Duke Energy!
Back to School Bash (July)
The Winter Springs Police Department will be donating school supplies to students entering the 2021-22 school year in grades K-12.
National Night Out (October or November)
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police and community partnerships that enhance community safety and provides a great opportunity to bring police and citizens together under positive circumstances.
ARToberFest (October)
The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce and The City of Winter Springs bring you Artoberfest! Designed for the entire family to enjoy, a variety of foods and beverages will be available for purchase. Don’t miss the live entertainment and kid’s activity area!
Hometown Harvest (November)
Family Friendly Activities: Hayrides, Kids Hay Play Area, Free Pumpkin Painting, Live Entertainment, Food and Beverage Vendors.
Veterans Day Tribute (November)
As The Rotary Club of Winter Springs and The City of Winter Springs host an annual celebration of our Nation's Heroes. This event takes place at the Winter Springs Veteran’s and Military Service Memorial and offers a time to honor retired military servants and to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Winter Wonderland Parade and Tree Lighting (December)
Annual Holiday Parade leaving from Keeth Elementary at 4:30pm. Annual Christmas Tree Lighting from the North Pole Stage with Santa. Entertainment by local youth - music and dance. Festive Family Activities: Fun Kid's Activity, Kids Play Area, Take your Picture with Santa, Craft vendors, Food and Beverage vendors. Shuttle Busing: Starting at 3:30pm at Winter Springs Elementary. Last shuttle from the Town Center departs at 9:30pm.
