ACE is committed to helping All Children Excel! We offer the following programs:

You & Me:
For ages walking to 3 years.
With Instructors guidance, parents assist toddlers in this fun filled class paced with pre-gymnastic activities and basic movements that develop motor skills, strength, and early socialization. The skills developed in this program will build the foundation for learning skills on the Olympic event.

Preschool Gymnastics:
For ages 3 & 4 years
Preschoolers have fun in a structured group learning basic gymnastics skills that build self confidence, increase coordination & body awareness through the utilization of gym equipment & stimulating obstacle courses.
In this class students are progressively introduced to various forms of movement that are the foundation of gymnastic

Boys/Girls Gymnastics:
For ages 5+
Placement in recreational levels are based on skill, ability, age, & experience. Skills are taught to a student in a progressive manner. As skills are introduced and mastered, safe & challenging progressions follow with increased exposure to Olympic gymnastics apparatus

Competitive Gymnastics Teams
The ACE team programs are designed to train athletes to be competitive in gymnastics competitions. Our teams travel throughout Florida competing in qualifying competitions that will allow them to progress to regional and national level meets. Girls & Boys teams each compete on the appropriate Olympic events.
